1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kuyakingph ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the kuyakingph website, mobile application, and any related services.
Access to and use of kuyakingph constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

- Unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact kuyakingph support immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials.
- Account suspension: kuyakingph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4 Betting Rules
All bets placed on kuyakingph are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type and sport. The following general betting rules apply across all sections of the platform:
- Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by the kuyakingph system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
- Odds: Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet placement confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by game type, market, and account status. Current limits are displayed within the platform at the time of placing a bet.
- Void bets: kuyakingph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: events being cancelled, obvious pricing errors, or technical issues affecting bet placement integrity.
- Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time system processing. kuyakingph is not liable for delays in acceptance due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
- Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, kuyakingph's records constitute the final reference. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on kuyakingph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted payment methods: kuyakingph accepts deposits via Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and available local e-wallet channels. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit methods.
- Deposit availability: Funds deposited via supported channels are generally credited to your kuyakingph account promptly following payment confirmation. Processing times may vary by payment channel.
- Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed at the time of deposit and is subject to change.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's verified Philippine bank account. The name on the bank account must match the name on the verified kuyakingph account.
- KYC requirement: All withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-complete) account. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is completed.
- Processing time: Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment channel and volume. Typical processing times are communicated within the platform's withdrawal section.
- Suspicious transactions: kuyakingph reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal processing where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

7 Player Conduct

- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

The kuyakingph name and logo are trademarks of the platform. Use of the brand name or logo in any unauthorised context is prohibited.
10 Limitation of Liability
kuyakingph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
- kuyakingph is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, system downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
- kuyakingph is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, or from account security breaches attributable to the player.
- kuyakingph does not guarantee the outcome of any game or bet. All gaming and betting involves risk, and players may lose their deposited funds.
- Our total liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
11 Changes to These Terms
kuyakingph reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. We may also notify registered players via in-platform notifications or email where feasible.
Your continued use of the kuyakingph platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
